On Thursday, February 27, 2025, we gathered at an exciting new location, the Westin Governor Morris, for our 20th annual Hearts & Hammers Gala. This special evening celebrated our distinguished honorees and offered the opportunity to hear from Habitat families, who shared their inspiring journeys to homeownership and essential home repair.
Throughout the night, we raised essential funds to support the construction of new homes and home repairs for individuals and families across Middlesex and Morris Counties through an exciting live auction, heartwarming pledge card moment and fun activities such as the silent auction and wine pull.
Guided by our Strategic Plan, we are committed to serving 500 families by the end of 2026. With an investment of $25 million, we aim to build 65 safe, affordable homes, expand our home repair program to serve 400 families, and increase our tithe to fund 40 homes through Habitat for Humanity International’s global initiatives.
